Acceptable Use Policy

Use VeliHub and the AI voice assistant only for a lawful business that you own or are authorized to run, and in line with the laws that apply to you and to the people you deal with, including privacy, consumer protection, telemarketing, call recording and anti-spam laws.

You may not use the AI voice assistant to:

• Make unsolicited or bulk calls, robocalls, telemarketing or spam, or contact anyone without the consent the law requires.
• Impersonate a real person, another business or a government body, or deny being an AI assistant when a caller asks or when the law requires you to disclose it.
• Record or transcribe calls without the notice or consent the law requires.
• Commit or assist fraud, scams or phishing, or ask callers for card numbers, bank logins, passwords, one-time codes or government ID numbers.
• Harass, threaten, deceive or discriminate against anyone, or produce sexual, hateful or violent content.
• Target or knowingly collect data from children.
• Act as an emergency line, or give medical, legal or financial advice, or make decisions about a person’s credit, employment, housing, insurance or access to essential services.
• Collect health, biometric or other sensitive information beyond what is strictly needed to book or serve the caller.
• Run political campaigns, debt collection or any call activity that requires a licence you do not hold.

• Do not use VeliHub for a business you are not authorized to represent.
• Keep the voice assistant token for your workspace secret. Do not share it or publish it, and rotate it on the Voice page if it may have been exposed. You are responsible for activity made with your token.
• Do not access or try to access another customer’s workspace, probe or bypass security or usage limits, or create extra guest workspaces to avoid them.
• Do not scrape, overload or disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or resell or sublicense it without our written permission.
• Do not upload malware or content you have no right to use.

• Tell your callers and clients how you use their information, as described in your own privacy notice.
• Get any consent you need before contacting, recording or storing information about people.
• Review records the AI voice assistant creates, and correct mistakes.
• Give callers a way to reach a person at your business when the assistant cannot help.

If we believe this policy has been broken, we may remove content, rotate or revoke tokens, disconnect the voice assistant, limit features, or suspend or close the account, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities. Where reasonable, we will contact you first.

To report misuse of VeliHub or the AI voice assistant, email info@veliform.com with the subject “Abuse report”, the phone number or workspace involved, and the date and time. See also the Privacy Policy.
