Refund Policy

VeliHub is a digital subscription. Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. This policy covers the paid plans on the Pricing page (currently Pro at ₪99 per month and Pro + Voice at ₪249 per month) or any other price shown at checkout. The Free plan costs nothing and needs no refund.

You may cancel at any time by emailing info@veliform.com or from the Creem customer portal link in your receipt. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

• First paid charge: if you are not satisfied, ask within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full.
• Renewals: renewals are generally non-refundable once billed, except where the law requires a refund or in case of a billing error or duplicate charge.
• Service failure: if a sustained outage stopped you from using VeliHub, contact us and we will offer a fair credit or refund for the affected period.

Email info@veliform.com with your account email, the Creem receipt or order number if you have it, and a short reason. Approved refunds are issued through Creem to the original payment method; how long it takes depends on your bank or card issuer.

Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can fix the problem quickly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
