Privacy Policy

VeliHub is a product of Veliform, operated by Individual Entrepreneur Iosif Shainskiy (“we”, “us”), whose details are shown above. VeliHub is an online workspace where a small business keeps its clients, appointments, orders, payments, stock and tasks. Questions about this policy: info@veliform.com.

For your account data we decide how it is used. For the records you enter about your own clients, you decide what is stored and why, and we process those records on your behalf to run the service for you.

• Account data. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password. When you sign in with an emailed code we store your email address and a scrambled copy of the code until it expires.
• Business records. Everything you type, import or dictate into your workspace: the description of your business, client cards (for example names, phone numbers, email addresses and notes), staff, appointments, orders, payment records (amounts, dates, status and what is still owed), stock and tasks. VeliHub records payments your clients made to you; it does not charge your clients’ cards.
• AI voice assistant data. When you connect the Veliform Voice assistant to a workspace, we log each request it makes (for example a client search or a new booking), the records it created and when. Call audio and transcripts are handled by Veliform Voice under the Veliform Voice Privacy Policy.
• Billing data. Paid plans are sold through Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem collects your payment details. We receive the subscription status and limited transaction details, never full card numbers.
• Cookies and technical data. We use only cookies the site needs: a session cookie after you sign in, a guest cookie holding a random token so a visitor’s trial workspace stays in their browser (14 days), and a cookie that remembers your language. Our servers log IP addresses and browser details for security and troubleshooting. We do not use advertising cookies.

• To run your workspace: store and show your records, run reminders and other automations you turn on.
• To set up and change your workspace with AI: the text you write (or the voice command you give) is sent to an AI model, which returns the structure of your workspace or the record to create.
• To sign you in, keep accounts separate, and prevent abuse and fraud.
• To bill subscriptions, answer support requests and send service messages.
• To comply with the law.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your business records to advertise to your clients.

We share data only with providers that help us run VeliHub, and only what each one needs:

• Vercel — hosting and the AI Gateway that routes AI requests.
• Neon — the Postgres database where workspaces are stored.
• Google — sign-in.
• Resend — delivering sign-in codes by email.
• AI model providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic — the text or command being processed.
• Creem — checkout, invoicing, taxes and payouts as Merchant of Record.
• Veliform Voice — when you connect the voice assistant to your workspace.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of people.

We keep account data and business records while your account is active. A guest workspace is tied to a browser cookie that expires after 14 days; after that it can no longer be opened and we may delete it. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your workspaces within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to some processing. Email info@veliform.com from the address on your account. We answer within 30 days.

If you keep information about your clients in VeliHub, you are responsible for having a lawful reason to do so and for telling your clients how you use it. If one of your clients asks us about their data, we will refer them to you and help you answer.

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, each business is stored in its own database schema, and only you (and the voice assistant, with the token you control) can open your workspace. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure; tell us at info@veliform.com if you think your account was accessed without permission.

VeliHub is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change, and we will tell signed-in users about material changes by email or in the product.
