Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Individual Entrepreneur Iosif Shainskiy, who operates VeliHub (“we”, “us”). By opening a workspace, signing in or buying a subscription you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you use VeliHub for a business, you confirm you may bind that business.

VeliHub is cloud software for small businesses: one workspace for clients, appointments, orders, payments, stock and tasks, set up from a short description with the help of AI. Optional features include automations (reminders, overdue notices) and an AI voice assistant, Veliform Voice, that can look up and create records in your workspace from phone calls. We may change, add or remove features over time.

You can try VeliHub without an account: a guest workspace lives in one browser for 14 days. To keep a workspace, sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping your voice assistant token secret. Tell us at info@veliform.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Plans and prices are listed on the Pricing page and at checkout (currently Free, Pro at ₪99 per month and Pro + Voice at ₪249 per month). Paid plans are recurring software subscriptions sold by Creem as Merchant of Record, which handles checkout, invoices and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. If we change a price, the new price applies from your next billing period after we notify you.

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short: use VeliHub and the AI voice assistant only lawfully and only for businesses you are authorized to run; no spam, robocalls, impersonation, fraud or harassment; no unauthorized access to other workspaces.

You own the records you put into VeliHub. You give us a limited permission to host, process and back them up only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for collecting your clients’ information lawfully and for the accuracy of what you store. You can export or delete your data by contacting info@veliform.com.

VeliHub uses AI models to set up workspaces, understand voice commands and create records. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, and the voice assistant can mishear. Check important records (amounts, dates, phone numbers) before relying on them. VeliHub and the voice assistant are not emergency services and do not give medical, legal or financial advice.

VeliHub relies on third parties such as Google sign-in, hosting and AI providers, and Creem for payments. Their terms also apply to your use of their parts of the service. We are not responsible for services you choose to connect that we do not control.

VeliHub, its software, design and branding belong to us. A subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your plan (or trial) is active.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the law, or that puts other customers at risk. Where reasonable we will warn you first and let you export your data. You may stop using VeliHub at any time.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, that the service is error free, or any particular business result, except where the law does not allow such disclaimers.

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about VeliHub is limited to the fees you paid for it (through Creem) in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits or data.

You can cancel a subscription at any time by emailing info@veliform.com or from the Creem customer portal link in your receipt. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change, and we will tell signed-in users about material changes by email or in the product. Continuing to use VeliHub after a change takes effect means you accept it.
